Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Proactive Services: Provide expert guidance, education workshops, and assessments to customers, focusing on Active Directory, PKI, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop strategic, ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring deliveries align with their projects and milestones.
  • Analyze Problems and Provide Solutions: Utilize your deep technical knowledge to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain and Extend Accreditations: Continuously update and expand your technical skills, certifications, and knowledge to support technical team readiness.
  • Communicate Effectively: Demonstrate strong communication, technical writing, presentation, and training skills to develop trust and respect for Microsoft Premier.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft Teams: Gain access to expertise and support from Microsoft’s consulting practice and product groups, working closely with them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Deep Knowledge in Relevant Technology Areas: 300-400 level knowledge in Active Directory Certificate Services, including:
    • Large scale two and three-tier PKI hierarchies (>1 issuer) (Preferred)
    • Experience with NDES and OCSP (Required)
    • Experience with scripted installations (Preferred)
    • Understanding of database cleanup options & PKI domain maintenance (Required)
    • Cross-forest implementations (Desired)
  • Active Directory Domain Services: Experience with Active Directory replication, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, Group Policy implementation, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Security and Administration: Strong understanding of security and administration of the Active Directory environment, including PKI.
  • Fundamental Networking Knowledge: IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Directory Scripting Technologies: Experience with scripting technologies for Active Directory management.
  • Active Directory Disaster Recovery: Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and implementation for Active Directory.
  • Active Directory Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools for monitoring Active Directory performance and health.
  • Microsoft Identity Manager: Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and its integration with Active Directory.
  • Active Directory Federated Services: Understanding of AD FS and its deployment.
  • Azure AD Connect and Azure Active Directory: Experience with Azure AD Connect and Azure Active Directory.
