Recruiter4You is currently assisting a client company within the iGaming industry in hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to play a key role in scaling and optimising their global affiliate programme. This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth across casino and sportsbook verticals, managing strategic partner relationships, and building a sustainable, performance-driven affiliate ecosystem. The successful candidate will take a data-led approach to acquisition, focusing on high-quality traffic, conversion optimisation, player value (LTV), and long-term commercial performance.

The position can be based in Tallinn or Malta, with the flexibility to work fully remote under a service agreement, depending on candidate profile and agreement. Alongside core responsibilities, the role includes mentoring Affiliate Managers, supporting team development, and working closely with senior stakeholders (including Head of Acquisition / CMO) to improve processes, performance frameworks, and overall team efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the global affiliate strategy across casino and sportsbook verticals

Define and track key KPIs including FTDs, NGR, LTV, ROI, and payback

Build a scalable, long-term affiliate ecosystem focused on sustainable growth

Align affiliate activity with Risk, Compliance, CRM, BI, and other internal teams

Recruit, onboard, and grow a diverse portfolio of partners, including:
Tier-1 iGaming affiliates

Crypto-native publishers and communities

Streamers, KOLs, and content creators (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X)

PPC and media buying partners (where permitted)

Negotiate commercial terms (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, fixed fees, bespoke deals)

Manage and retain high-value, top-tier affiliate partners

Identify and remove low-quality or fraudulent traffic sources

Drive revenue growth through strong partner relationships and commercial optimisation

Own performance reporting and insights in collaboration with BI teams

Monitor and optimise conversion, player quality, LTV, fraud, and bonus abuse

Test and implement new acquisition models, funnels, and partner types

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, RG policies, and jurisdictional regulations

Support fraud detection and prevention in collaboration with internal teams

Review affiliate deals as first line of approval before escalation

Mentor and support Affiliate Managers through coaching and training

Improve internal workflows including onboarding, deal approval, and optimisation processes

Coordinate promotional materials and exclusive offers with partners

Oversee affiliate settlements and ensure accuracy of payments

Collaborate across CRM, Product, BI, Legal, Media Buying, and Social Media teams

Support alignment across acquisition channels and campaigns

Represent the business at industry events and conferences (travel may be required)

Perform additional tasks as required by management

Skills & Experience
Strong analytical mindset with experience in BI tools, Excel, and performance tracking

Proven experience in affiliate strategy, revenue optimisation, and negotiation

Strong relationship management skills with high-value partners

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholder teams

High attention to detail, especially in reporting, compliance, and payments

Excellent written and spoken English

Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or crypto gaming is highly desirable

Willingness to travel for industry events when required

Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, data-driven approach
