Senior AI Agent Architect

The Senior AI Agent Architect is responsible for designing, building, and scaling intelligent agent-based systems that leverage large language models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and modern cloud infrastructure. This role bridges AI strategy and hands-on implementation, enabling the development of autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI agent systems (multi-agent, tool-using, workflow-driven)
• Define LLM integration patterns (RAG, function calling, memory, orchestration)
• Build scalable solutions on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Evaluate and select frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Establish best practices for agent reliability, safety, and observability
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate use cases into solutions
• Lead technical direction and mentor engineers in AI/agent architecture 

What you bring:

Required:

• Deep experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Strong cloud architecture (AWS, serverless, microservices)
• Python and modern backend development
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
• Experience with automation/orchestration systems

Experience with multi-agent systems

Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation

Prior consulting or client-facing experience
