About Willow:
Willow is a telehealth company focused on personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care. We combine medical expertise with a supportive, patient-centered approach to help people feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. Our goal is to make high-quality care accessible, thoughtful, and designed to fit real lives.

About the role:
We're building the analytics function, and this is the person who leads it. You'll be responsible for how we measure the business, align the organization around the right metrics, and turn data into decisions — not just reports.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary analytical resource for understanding what's working and what isn't across the business

Analyze product performance by LTV, refunds, and churn to identify which products drive value

Build and monitor retention curves segmented by cohort, acquisition channel, and product mix

Identify customer leakage points across the lifecycle and surface actionable findings

Evaluate acquisition channel quality based on downstream retention and churn behavior

Uncover untapped growth opportunities within the existing customer base

Own and maintain dashboards and run ad hoc analyses for the leadership team

Proactively surface insights and trends without waiting to be asked

Partner with the CRO manager on experimentation analysis

Drive alignment across teams on how to define and measure key metrics - ensuring everyone is working from the same source of truth

Collaborate with the marketing team on acquisition analytics

Support leadership on strategic questions and decisions

Requirements:
5+ years in analytics at a DTC, subscription, ecommerce or startup company; telemedicine or health/wellness experience is a strong plus

Fluent in SQL — window functand ions, CTEs, rolling metrics, cohort queries

Deep understanding of subscription math: LTV, CAC, payback period, cohort retention, reorder curves, winback economics — including the difference between customer and revenue retention

Strong business acumen and communication skills

Experience building dashboards in Looker, Mode, Hex, Metabase, or similar, with a clear sense of what makes a dashboard useful versus decorative

Strong analytical thinking — knows how to frame the right question before touching the data

Nice to Have:
dbt or modern data stack experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, Fivetran)

Attribution and ad platform data (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Python for data manipulation and basic scripting

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Recharge, or similar)
