Senior Associate / Counsel ($150/hr, up to $3,000/week)

Overview

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity offering 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1,500 per week). The role is fully remote and can be performed alongside or instead of full-time employment.

The organization is collaborating with a leading foundational AI lab to engage experienced lawyers in training their latest language model on legal tasks.

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core legal workflows including:
Contract drafting
M&A documentation
Due diligence
Regulatory analysis
Legal memoranda

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top law firm
Strong expertise in your practice area with experience in complex legal analysis, drafting, and client advisory
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

$150 per hour
Flexible commitment up to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000 per week)
