Senior Backend Engineer, Internal Tools

In this role you'll

• Help build smart, GenAI-powered internal automation tools , driving efficiency across the company

  You’ll tackle the most interesting challenges in a small team or independently

  Leverage our in-house autonomous tools to manage the entire development flow, from setting up our development environment to creating git branches and deploying services to production

  Collaborate closely with operations teams across the company 

  Be the owner of your domain to ensure consistent code quality, performance, and scalability of our products

  What you’ll need

  • 6+ years working as a backend engineer

    BSc in Computer Science or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)

    Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases

    Proficient in TypeScript, and Node.js

    Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture

    Experience working with Bots, AI, and LLMs

    A self-starter with a relentless passion for building exceptional software 

    Experience working on high scale, production-grade projects

    Past contributions to open source projects, a plus

    Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
