The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant who can independently lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients—primarily in the Energy & Utilities sector—to support capital portfolio and project management initiatives. You’ll lead teams, contribute to business development, and play a key role in driving client success from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery excellence
Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
Develop and present strategic recommendations and insights
Oversee project teams and mentor junior consultants

What You Bring

Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Construction
Financial Management
Organizational Design
Industrial Engineering
Microsoft Copilot / AI-enabled workflow tools

Additional Details

Travel: 10–25% as needed
