Senior Counsel
Minty is seeking a Senior Counsel to support and scale the company’s legal, commercial, and privacy operations as the business continues to grow. This role will serve as a key legal partner across the organization, providing practical, business-oriented counsel on a wide range of commercial and operational matters, with an emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Reporting to the General Counsel and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and executive leadership, this role will help navigate legal risk while enabling business growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented attorney who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance legal rigor with practical business judgment.

You are comfortable managing a broad range of legal matters, with particular strength in commercial contracting and advising business stakeholders on legal risk.

What You Will Do
Commercial Contracting:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, and SaaS contracts.
Cross-Functional Legal Support:
Partner with teams across sales, marketing, product, HR, and leadership to provide practical legal guidance that supports business growth.
Privacy & Compliance:
Support the privacy and security team on privacy, data protection, and regulatory matters impacting the business.
Risk Management:
Identify legal and operational risks and provide clear, business-oriented recommendations to help the company move forward confidently.
Process Improvement:
Help build scalable legal processes, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency across the organization.
Strategic Support:
Assist with corporate, operational, and strategic legal matters as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
4+ years of legal experience, preferably with a combination of large law firm and in-house experience
Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
Experience advising business stakeholders on legal and operational risk
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience implementing AI-assisted legal workflows and contract management a plus
Experience working in technology, ecommerce, SaaS, advertising, or digital media environments is a plus
