As a Senior Customer Service Agent - Dutch Speaker, you will be responsible for:
* Undertaking tasks delegated by Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor and Overseas BJ team, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
* Identifying areas for service and procedural improvement, and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
* Participating in team meetings, buzz sessions, providing feedback, and sharing innovative ideas to drive team growth and success
* Escalating queries or unresolved issues as advised, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
* Handling inquiries/issues from global customers, providing accurate and timely responses to their concerns
* Handling complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services, using a solutions mindset to find the right solutions for customers
* Demonstrating strong people skills, ability to navigate difficult situations, and a passion for finding solutions that meet customer needs
* Utilizing excellent time management and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines
* Maintaining an excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch, ensuring effective communication with customers and colleagues
* Possessing strong customer service skills, being a highly motivated team-player, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow with the team
* Having knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
* Demonstrating the ability to motivate others and achieve results, driving team performance and success
* Possessing fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA
* Willingness to work on shift rotation, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch
* Strong customer service skills and highly motivated team-player
* Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading
* Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
* Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
* Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA
* Call center customer service-related work experience is preferred
* Willingness to work on shift rotation
* Diploma from college or above, related to any major
