**Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
* Answering questions and providing guidance on member plans, benefits, and resources
* Documenting and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
* Using customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions and resolve member issues
* Explaining member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
* Processing claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and grievances

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center or retail)
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
* Experience in a production environment
