Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Customer Solutions Architect who thrives in technical pre-sales and hands-on deployment environments. You will guide enterprise customers through discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-value (POV) execution—particularly where unstructured data, security, compliance, and AI readiness intersect. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound, deployable, and deliver measurable value early in the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and define clear POV success criteria

Assess enterprise environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid), including storage, file systems, IAM, security, and compliance requirements

Design solution architectures supporting unstructured data scanning, classification, and AI-ready data preparation

Deliver tailored demos and technical presentations to architects, security teams, and business stakeholders

Lead end-to-end POV execution: installation, configuration, integrations, and outcome validation

Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues while validating measurable value (accuracy, throughput, business impact)

Support transition to production through documentation, internal handoff, and identification of expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications
5+ years in a customer-facing architecture or solutions role (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer-Facing Systems Engineer) within Tech, SaaS, or AI environments

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure across hybrid/on-prem and cloud environments, including data movement and integration patterns

Practical knowledge of security and IAM concepts, access models, and governance/compliance considerations

Proven ability to lead technical discovery, communicate architectural trade-offs, and present to mixed technical and executive audiences

Comfortable working hands-on within customer environments to implement and validate POV deployments

AI literacy, including understanding AI readiness requirements and how data quality and governance impact AI outcomes

Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools/platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar). Candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with unstructured data platforms, storage systems, or data governance tooling

Background supporting regulated industries and compliance-driven deployments

Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell) and/or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)

Tools & Technology
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

Enterprise Infrastructure: On-prem storage, file systems, hybrid architectures, identity models

Security & Governance: IAM concepts, access controls, compliance frameworks

Automation / IaC: Python, PowerShell, Terraform (nice to have)

Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar)

Please NOTE
It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
