Senior Data Analyst

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.

This is a fully remote role, based in Poland.

Responsibilities

Create reports by analysing data from multiple sources for various stakeholders

Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and data models to support business strategy

Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports

Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization

Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven approaches

Present findings to senior leadership with clear business impact narratives

Maintain process documentation to support transparency and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree qualified, preferably with a strong focus on business and technology

5+ plus years of experience in a data analyst or similar role

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Google Suite tools

Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High level of diligence, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables

Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset

Fluency in written and verbal English
