**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Insights Architect & Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define business processes and provide actionable data insights
* Leveraging coding skills to analyze complex datasets, design and implement data transformations to address specific business needs, and build and evaluate data models
* Developing scalable, efficient, and automated data processes to support client-facing reporting and analytical needs
* Automating AP processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency
* Communicating verbally and in writing with business clients and stakeholders to share knowledge, insights, and recommendations
* Contributing to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
* Staying abreast of the latest trends in data warehousing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
* 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
* 3+ years of experience with AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and understanding of their application
* Proven ability to apply statistical and mathematical models in a practical, business-oriented environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* A Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Experience in a Data Science or Data Analytics role within a large technology organization
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
