Senior Flutter Developer - Room Estate team
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join one of our long-term partners, Room Estate, to take ownership of a brand-new mobile application for tenants and prospective tenants in the property rental space.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will be the primary Flutter engineer responsible for the mobile architecture, code quality, technical decisions, and long-term health of the application.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain a Flutter mobile application for iOS and Android
Define app architecture, state management, navigation, and project structure
Build features such as authentication, room discovery, contracts, payments, messaging, and support flows
Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs
Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, and release processes
Ensure performance, stability, monitoring, and scalability of the application
Collaborate closely with backend and product teams
Contribute to UX and product discussions
Requirements
3+ years of Flutter and Dart experience in production
Experience building and releasing Flutter apps to both App Store and Google Play
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and state management
Experience with REST APIs and token-based authentication
Experience integrating third-party SDKs and services
Understanding of mobile platform specifics (push notifications, permissions, deep linking, app releases)
Experience with local storage, offline handling, and file uploads
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Nice to Have
Experience with chat or messaging SDKs
Experience with e-signature or KYC integrations
Payment integration experience
Experience with marketplace, booking, or property-management applications
CI/CD and mobile automation experience
Experience working in regulated environments
