As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will sit at the centre of this impact turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that shapes strategic direction across the business.

Your Impact

You will be a trusted partner to the business, driving performance through insight by:

Owning and enhancing financial models across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key KPIs

Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, challenging assumptions and strengthening outputs

Delivering insightful reporting packs for leadership, investors, and operational teams

Translating financial data into clear recommendations that drive decision-making

Identifying risks and opportunities early, ensuring the business stays proactive and agile

Partnering with data and BI teams to elevate dashboards and business visibility

Supporting strategic projects through scenario modelling and commercial analysis

Your Experience & Expertise

Essential:

Strong experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance roles

Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capability

Experience working with large data sets and generating insights

Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions

Advantageous:

Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments

Experience within fintech, financial services, or tech-driven businesses
