What You’ll Do
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain corporate applications using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security, and scalability
Act primarily on the backend, supporting full stack activities when required
Develop and maintain REST APIs, services, and system integrations
Produce technical documentation, including workflows, data structures, and architectural decisions
Analyze business and technical requirements, proposing solutions aligned with the financial industry context
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in planning sessions, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
Work in a hands-on manner, with strong ownership and delivery focus
What You Bring
Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and services
Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience with Git and version control best practices
Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices
Strong experience with SQL Server
Experience with relational data modeling
Development and maintenance of stored procedures
Query optimization and performance tuning
Experience handling large data volumes
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Full Stack support
Experience with system integrations and service consumption
Experience working in enterprise and mission-critical environments
Previous experience in the financial services industry
Experience with banking systems, financial platforms, or capital markets environments
Understanding of financial sector operations such as financial products and processes, trading, settlement, custody, or related operations, and integration within the financial ecosystem
Nice to Have
Experience in large-scale Microsoft-based enterprise environments
Experience in high-availability or high-transaction systems
English for communication with international teams
