Senior Fullstack React & Node.js Developer - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

We are seeking experienced Senior and Lead Software Engineers with a strong emphasis on FrontEnd development using React. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable contributing to backend systems built with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Kafka, and other modern technologies. This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for building scalable, user-friendly applications and collaborating across teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the design and development of high-quality FrontEnd applications using React

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions

  Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction

  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack

  Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications

  Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

  Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

  Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends

  Optionally leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity

  Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams

  Experience with Git and modern development workflows

  Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies

  Experience working on healthcare-related software or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)

  Familiarity with AI assisted development using Github Copilot or similar tools

  Experience with DevOps practices and tools

  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
