Senior Java Backend Engineer

Technical Requirements
Core Java: 6+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in Java 17+ (Sealed classes, Records, Virtual Threads, and Stream API). Spring Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security (OAuth2/JWT), and Spring Data JPA. Messaging & Streaming: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for high-throughput event processing and asynchronous communication.

Containerization: Proven experience with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes (K8s). Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP. CI/CD & DevOps: Experience building automated pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Observability: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
 
Soft Skills
Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex distributed system issues and perform root-cause analysis. Communication: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: A "continuous learning" mindset to stay updated with the rapidly evolving Java/Spring ecosystem.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Reactive Programming (Project Reactor/WebFlux).

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience in the FinTech or E-commerce domains handling high-transaction volumes.
