Daniels, Esq., has been representing clients throughout the State of Florida for over 22 years.

Position: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least five (5) years of civil litigation experience in the state of Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury/insurance defense litigation, including jury trials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Attorney in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.

• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience in Florida.

• Personal injury litigation experience (auto accidents, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, etc.)

• Demonstrated civil jury trial experience.

• Specific experience in negligent security cases.

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and team focused environment.

• Windows‑proficient and computer‑savvy.

· Proficient in Florida E‑filing systems.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Drafting complaints, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and related pleadings.

• Client interface regarding discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and case strategy.

• Performing legal research on case‑specific issues.

• Frequent court appearances, hearings, depositions, and pre‑trial conferences.

• Arguing motions and negotiating claims.

• Active participation in trial preparation and jury trials.
