About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Global Hardlines Toys Licensing will be responsible for:
- Defining category and brand strategy through market share analysis and data-driven insights
- Leading and managing global licensees, including contract negotiation, business planning, and marketing alignment
- Driving financial success and market share growth through regular communication and information flow with regional teams
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities to identify growth areas and optimize category performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to build and execute category plans
- Developing and presenting category forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of directly related experience in the toy industry, with 5+ years in Hardlines licensing roles
- Excellent understanding of brand and property positioning, retail business development, and market research
- Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and data storytelling skills
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
- Passion for the Walt Disney Company and its portfolio of world-class brands
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $135,000 - $181,000 per year
