About this role 

The Senior Manager, Solutions presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to build and sustain operational excellence across Transcarent’s Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution lines. This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience. This leader will drive cross-functional initiatives, standardize operational practices and continuously improve the member and client experience across both solution areas. This role is critical in bridging strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution to advance Transcarent’s mission of transforming how people access and experience care.   

What you'll do 

Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution initiatives

Identify and champion operational issues across both solution lines, driving root cause analysis, and implementation of scalable process improvements

Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve the member experience

Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones

Develop presentations, reporting and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks, improve process efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows and processes  

What we're looking for  

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred

Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry, or healthcare solution delivery

PMP preferred

Strong business acumen

Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Able to motivate and empower teams

Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed

Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$145,000—$165,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
