Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter / React Native)

BJAK is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of our high-performance mobile applications. You’ll take ownership of core features, shape mobile architecture, and collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on autonomy, cares deeply about user experience, and wants to help define the future of our mobile platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of key features in Flutter or React Native

  Own entire modules from UI to state management to backend integration

  Ensure app performance, reliability, and scalability

  Collaborate across functions to deliver seamless and polished user journeys

  Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

  Help define and improve mobile architecture, testing practices, and tooling

  Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt

  What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development (Flutter or React Native)

    Strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns, app lifecycle, and performance tuning

    Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations

    Experience with crash reporting, debugging, analytics, and CI/CD tools

    Proven ability to ship and maintain production-ready apps across multiple devices

    Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with native iOS or Android development (Swift or Kotlin)

      Familiarity with state management tools (Bloc, Redux, Provider, etc.)

      Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated industries

      Exposure to A/B testing, mobile analytics, and data instrumentation
