The Impact You Will Have:

As a Partner Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Coupe Health products for national carrier and TPA partners. You will be responsible for building and sustaining strong partner relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth across Coupe’s distribution ecosystem. This role is central to partner success - balancing relationship management, execution, and strategic growth - while consistently delivering a best‑in‑class experience for partners, brokers, and employer clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Relationship Management

Cultivate and deepen relationships with assigned health plans and TPAs

Build trusted relationships across partner leadership and operational teams

Provide oversight, guidance, and resolution to escalations

Manage the overall health of assigned partnerships, including delivery of Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews

Develop and maintain internal Strategic Account Plans (SAPs) to align cross‑functional teams around partner goals

Growth, Renewals, and Revenue Enablement

Oversee contracting and renewal activity for an assigned book of business

Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and obligations

Provide consultation and guidance to increase adoption of Coupe/SimplePay for slice business, with a focus on movement toward full replacement

Drive adoption of additional solutions that create incremental revenue opportunities

Operational Excellence & Execution

Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices

Monitor data, reporting, and performance against Service‑Level Agreements (SLAs)

Develop and maintain processes for tracking partner performance and satisfaction

Collaborate closely with Implementation, Operations Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing to support partner success

Engage directly with employer groups as needed to present Coupe solutions and deliver employer‑level communications

Analyze market trends and partner feedback to inform strategic and operational decisions

Work under the guidance of the Principal Partner Manager to support complex partner accounts and broader portfolio initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ year of experience managing health plan partners or demonstrated success supporting senior leaders responsible for health plan relationships

In lieu of direct management of Health Plan Partner, proven success supporting Sr Level staff responsible for Health Plan relationship is sufficient.

Possess and maintain a valid state Producer License in the lines of Life & Health/ Accident within 60 days of employment

Experience carrying a quota or at-risk compensation

Deep understanding of the health plan ecosystem, including TPAs and national brokers/consultants

Proven success in partner enablement, including KPI development and monitoring, training, sales support, and customer service coordination

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with leadership, sales, marketing, product, and operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

Negotiation and contracting experience

Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to support partner activities, sales meetings, or other essential meetings requiring in-person attendance.

High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.  

Preferred Skills and experience:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in the alternative health plan or non‑traditional benefits space

Project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives

CRM (preferably SalesForce) proficient

Teleworker

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite. Onsite is full-time onsite.

Compensation and Benefits

$107,200.00 - $117,200.00 - $127,200.00 Annual + Commission

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
