Requirements:
6–8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps roles

Strong hands‑on experience with OpenTofu / Terraform

Deep experience designing and operating GitLab CI/CD pipelines

Experience migrating Azure DevOps to GitLab

Strong Linux background

Solid understanding of networking, security, and Kubernetes fundamentals

Experience managing IaC at enterprise scale

Automation‑first mindset and operational approach

Nice to have:
.NET application modernization and containerization experience

Ansible for configuration management and golden images

Load balancer and firewall automation experience

Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Project description:
You will be part of the core engineering team responsible for building a cloud‑agnostic infrastructure and CI/CD platform. The project focuses on standardizing Infrastructure‑as‑Code, migrating from Azure DevOps to GitLab, and enabling consistent deployments across Azure and on‑prem environments.
Main responsibilities:
Migrate Azure DevOps pipelines to GitLab CI/CD

Rewrite existing IaC templates to OpenTofu

Build reusable IaC modules

Deploy and operate self‑hosted GitLab infrastructure

Automate provisioning across hybrid environments

Collaborate with Kubernetes and architecture teams
