We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst with Price-to-Win (PTW) experience to support competitive proposal efforts across federal government opportunities. This role plays a critical part in developing pricing strategies that align with customer expectations, competitive positioning, and corporate financial objectives. 

The ideal candidate has experience in government contracting, understands FAR/DFARS regulations, and can translate competitive intelligence into actionable pricing strategies. 

Responsibilities: 

Build and maintain cost models and pricing volumes in compliance with RFP requirements  

Collaborate with capture managers, business development, contracts, and finance teams to shape pricing strategies  

Analyze competitor behavior, historical pricing data, and market trends to inform pricing recommendations  

Support Basis of Estimate (BOE) development and ensure alignment with technical and staffing approaches  

Support/develop Price-to-Win (PTW) analyses to support capture and proposal strategies for federal opportunities  

Prepare pricing narratives and documentation for proposal submissions  

Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies  

Participate in color team reviews and pricing strategy discussions  

Conduct risk analysis and sensitivity modeling to evaluate pricing scenarios  

Support audit readiness and interact with internal/external auditors as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field  

3–7+ years of experience in government contracting pricing, cost analysis, or financial modeling  

Experience conducting Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis  

Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes  

Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, modeling, scenario analysis)  

Experience supporting competitive proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI)  

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment  

Preferred Qualifications:

Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher)  

Experience with cost-type, fixed-price, and IDIQ contracts  

Background in defense, aerospace, or federal civilian agencies  

MBA, CPA, or professional certification (e.g., CF APMP)
