The Opportunity 📈
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Honeydew’s talented and growing Design team. This is a full ownership role, as you'll take design problems from first principles through to final specs.
What You'll Do
Own product areas end-to-end: problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows

Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process

Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate direction

Contribute design output that informs both engineering and broader product decisions

What We're Looking For
Experience with end-to-end ownership — you understood the problem, drove the solution, and saw it through to delivery

Strong systems thinking: design systems, component libraries, or work that demonstrates consistency at scale

Strong ability to lead Design Reviews, clearly articulating complex UX ideas and getting the right feedback

Startup experience where you've had to create structure from scratch

Recent experience using AI-assisted tools where they genuinely add speed or quality

Experience in healthcare and/or e-commerce a plus

The target base salary for this role is $166,000 – $179,000. Final offers are calibrated based on your specific skill set, depth of experience, and geographic location.
