Work where Design is highly valued and baked into operations

Product strategy and shaping discussions include leaders from Design alongside Engineering, Product and Founders (CEO / CTO).

Design has an equal voice and you’ll never have to “sell the value” of design to leadership.

In fact, 2 of the earliest hires at the company were 2 designers (employee #2 and #4), indicating how much the Founders value design.
