We are a remote-first and internationally distributed team, with a strong engineering and product presence in Prague. While we work flexibly across the globe, our Prague team also has the option to collaborate from our Karlin office.

 

Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who loves building impactful products, solving complex problems, and turning ideas into scalable experiences customers genuinely love.

This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and visibility across the organization. You’ll help shape product strategy, influence business direction, and drive key initiatives during an exciting stage of growth and product evolution. We move fast, experiment often, and care deeply about creating products that make a real difference for our customers.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to define what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to market successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Ownership

Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for key product areas

Drive product initiatives that align customer needs with business goals

Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and areas for innovation

Partner closely with leadership to shape product direction and long-term vision

Discovery, Execution & Experimentation

Lead product discovery through customer research, experimentation, analytics, and feedback

Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories

Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product experiences

Balance short-term priorities with long-term product strategy

Use data, insights, and intuition to make smart product decisions quickly

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and Leadership teams

Communicate priorities, strategy, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Create alignment and momentum across teams in a fast-moving environment

Data & Product Performance

Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and customer impact

Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve product performance

Champion data-informed decision making while keeping customer experience at the center

Leadership & Product Culture

Bring strong ownership, curiosity, and a builder mindset

Help shape product processes, ways of working, and product culture

Mentor and support other Product Managers where applicable

Contribute to a collaborative, ambitious, and low-ego team environment

 

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, technology, or digital product environments

Proven track record of launching, scaling, and improving digital products

Strong product intuition combined with analytical and strategic thinking

Experience working closely with cross-functional Agile teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical complexity

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Passion for technology, AI, product innovation, and emerging trends

Proven experience leading product initiatives from ideation through delivery and post-launch

Experience working directly with engineers in a hands-on delivery model

Data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics and customer feedback to guide decisions

Passion for creating impactful, high-quality user experiences

Czech and English are must

 

Nice to Have

Experience working within high-growth SaaS companies

Experience with AI-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms

International or multi-market product experience

Technical background or strong understanding of modern product development environments
