Project Overview

We are looking for two Senior Program Managers to drive the execution of sophisticated software solutions. As a Senior Program Manager, you will act as the "glue" between cross-functional squads, ensuring complex dependencies are managed and delivery remains aligned with strategic business goals.

Whether you are supporting our US-based or UK-based workstreams, you will oversee high-visibility SaaS delivery where technical precision and Agile governance are paramount. These roles involve navigating high-velocity environments and ensuring seamless synchronization across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Coordination: Drive cross-functional delivery activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
Governance & Documentation: Maintain and optimize program schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and essential governance artifacts.
Agile Leadership: Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery practices to maintain high-quality output.
Dependency Management: Proactively identify and resolve blockers across different workstreams to ensure on-time project milestones.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, data-driven visibility into program health for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Senior Expertise: 6+ years of proven experience in Program Management within the tech/software industry.
Agile Delivery: Deep experience supporting software or SaaS Agile delivery teams and a strong command of iterative frameworks.
Tooling Proficiency: Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or equivalent project management suites.
Operational Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules and maintain detailed RAID logs.
Remote Collaboration: Extensive experience working in distributed teams and fast-paced remote environments.
Language: Fluent English for daily high-level technical and business communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

AI/ML Product Experience: Proven track record supporting the execution of AI-enabled software products.
Technical Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance, ML model development/training workflows, and coordination with Machine Learning Engineering teams.

Time Zone & Collaboration

We are currently filling two separate roles with different schedule requirements:

EST Shift: Requires full alignment with Eastern Standard Time.
UK Shift: Requires alignment with UK business hours (GMT/BST). Early birds in LATAM who enjoy having their afternoons free are encouraged to apply for the UK-aligned role.

Language

All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be conducted exclusively in English.
