Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Own

As the senior voice of customer success for our enterprise healthcare clients, you will be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes and fostering long‑term partnerships. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Acting as the strategic liaison for assigned enterprise clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, health insurers, and payer organizations.

  • Designing and executing success plans that align with client business objectives, ensuring adoption, value realization, and ROI.

  • Managing risk by monitoring health scores, usage metrics, and satisfaction surveys, and implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
  • Mentoring junior customer success colleagues, sharing best practices, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a B2B client‑facing role such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar, with a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts.
