About the Role

Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm delivering digital transformation programs for banks and credit unions across Canada and the United States. We implement and integrate Creatio CRM and Boomi-based solutions for financial institutions managing billions in assets.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our client portfolio. This is not a coordination role. You will be the primary point of accountability for project outcomes - budget, scope, timeline, stakeholder relationships, and team performance.

Note on schedule: This role operates on a 9 AM–5 PM EST schedule. It is fully remote with flexible hours. We compensate significantly above the Indian market rate. Please consider the schedule honestly before applying.

What You'll Do

Own full project delivery - budget, schedule, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live

Lead client-facing governance: status reporting, escalation management, executive stakeholder alignment, and difficult conversations when projects go off track

Build and maintain project plans covering objectives, technologies, timelines, resources, and risk strategies

Run risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues become escalations

Manage the transition from signed contract to delivery team — fast, clean, and according to established process

Oversee bi-weekly invoicing reports to ensure accurate client billing

Coach and mentor delivery team members on PM best practices and current processes

Negotiate with stakeholders and vendors to secure the resources needed for successful delivery

Establish governance and reporting structures across the project portfolio

Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation in Confluence and JIRA

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

8+ years of project management experience in IT or technology consulting

Proven track record in managing CRM implementation projects end-to-end

Direct experience with financial services clients — banks, credit unions, or insurance

Strong client-facing presence — you have led executive stakeholder conversations, managed escalations, and delivered difficult news professionally

Hands-on with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA

Professional-level English - written and verbal

Genuine openness to working EST hours (9 AM–5 PM)

Strong advantages

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification

Experience with major CRM comparable platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega)

Background working on North American client accounts from India
