Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified)
Our team is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive successful customer implementations of our suite of rapidly expanding product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for defining and aligning project objectives with organizational goals, while maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project life-cycle.
A key focus of this position will be enhancing customer satisfaction, driving process optimization, fostering team development, and supporting continuous learning and growth. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and dedicated Customer Experience team to ensure seamless project execution and the delivery of exceptional results.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing
Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic client project
Manage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction

Attend Orientation and meet the Unanet team
Learn about Unanet University and watch pre-recorded videos on our products
Shadow kick-off calls, status calls, and close-out calls on at least two (4) engagements
Understand internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, Confluence, Unanet)
Develop a detailed training plan with your manager
In Your First 60 Days
Continue to shadow implementations and work through your defined training plan
Attend all available training sessions and webinars
Start entering in project plan updates, forecasts, and other items with assigned project mentor
Maintain project plans, status reports, and project notes for assigned projects in appropriate tools
Maintain and own budget and forecast of projects
Be able to complete Change Orders as needed
Achieve 10% billable utilization target
In Your First 90 Days
Continue to shadow implementations and work through your defined training plan
Lead, manage, and own all portions of client implementations, including kick-off calls, status updates, scheduling and forecasting, and close-out process
Own both change and scope management
Own budget and forecasting on assigned projects
Own all Project Management-related communications for assigned projects
Achieve 25% billable utilization target
Who You Are
5+ years of project management experience, with proven experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations - such as ERP, CRM, or other highly configurable business platforms - including cross-functional planning, data migration, integrations, testing, end-user readiness, and successful go-live execution
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to apply best practices across a variety of projects
Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with clients
Exceptional ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and effective stakeholder engagement
PMP certified, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry-recognized project management principles
Highly skilled in managing projects of varying complexity and scale, with the capacity to prioritize and deliver multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated growth mindset and strong focus on customer outcomes, with the ability to lead projects in a way that advances adoption, business value, and long-term customer success

Industry-Specific Knowledge GovCon & AEC
Certified in Change Management or Risk Management through PMI

The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000.00 - $102,500.00 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
