Our client provides the strongest foundation of billing services, plus the AI tools clients need to grow their business. We handle hundreds of millions of shoppers for thousands of leading online businesses worldwide.

 

What will you do?

1. Test Architecture & Automation (Hands-on)

Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.

Write and execute clean, maintainable automated tests for UI, API, and backend services.

Conduct manual exploratory testing for complex new features and edge cases.

Perform root cause analysis on defects to prevent recurrence.

2. Strategy & Pipeline Health

Collaborate closely with Stakeholders and the tech team to define acceptance criteria and build comprehensive test strategies.

Manage QA operational metrics.

Own the QA Process.

3. Cultural

Foster a "quality first" culture across cross-functional tech teams.

Stay up to date on emerging AI/testing tools and drive continuous process improvements.

 

 

 

Technical Requirements

Must-have

Test Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.

CI/CD & Version Control: Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.

API & Data Testing: Strong capability in backend testing, RESTful API validation, and database querying (SQL).

Project Management: Advanced knowledge of issue tracking and agile planning tools with JIRA.

Nice-to-have

Observability/Logging: Familiarity with tools like Splunk to debug product pipeline and environment issues.

Coding Languages: PHP, Python, and JavaScript are desirable

DevOps & Containerization: Practical knowledge of Docker to containerize test suites, build reproducible test environments, and manage dependencies.

 

General requirements

Excellent English and communication skills (daily interaction in English involved)

Previous experience in financial services is highly desirable

Passion for learning, sharing, and working with other people

6 hours overlap with CET - while hours are flexible, you should generally be available most of the time, daily between 10-18, Central European time

Self-motivated and disciplined to work full-time remotely
