We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business departments. 

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to identify and engage top active and passive talent across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, align on recruitment processes, and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring cycle

Establish strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders by offering market insights, advising on talent availability, and aligning on candidate profiles and selection criteria

Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to assess the talent landscape, identify trends, and proactively build diverse and sustainable candidate pipelines

Manage and nurture candidate relationships to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience, from initial contact through offer acceptance

Conduct in-depth recruitment screens and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with company values

Maintain, organize, and enhance the candidate database using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Optimize and continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging metrics, feedback, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate quality

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional initiatives and projects, contributing to process enhancements, employer branding, and other strategic TA activities

Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, guide decision-making, and keep hiring goals on track

Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, proactively applying new approaches to strengthen hiring outcomes

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies

Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques

Excellent English, both written and verbal 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional writing skills

Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
