Senior RPA Developer Power Automate Desktop

Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity   

As part of PwC Business Automation team, you design and implement efficient, scalable RPA solutions that transform business processes through intelligent automation across the organization.  

You independently develop reusable automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Logic Apps, while analyzing business processes to identify optimization opportunities and creating comprehensive documentation for all solutions. 

You collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert consultation on automation feasibility and cost estimation, while ensuring ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed RPA solutions in our modern digital environment, all delivered in fluent English. 
 

What you will be doing   

1. Design and Development: 

Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable RPA solutions using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Logic Apps. 

Analyze business processes to identify the possibilities to automate them. 

 Develop applications and databases according to requirements 

Create full documentation for processes, solutions, and tool usage. 

Collaboration and Consultation: 

 Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. 

 Collaborate with IT and business teams to align RPA solutions with organizational goals. 

Advice the business if an automation is feasible and estimate costs. 

3. Maintenance and Support 

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing RPA processes. 

Ensure ongoing support and maintenance of automation solutions, including regular updates and improvements. 

What we need from you   

You have a higher-education degree in computer science (university). 

 You have at least 6 years of experience in RPA 

2y experience with Logic Apps 

 You have In-depth knowledge of Power Automate Desktop with at least 1 year of experience 

 You have good knowledge about Power Platform in general 

You have good expertise in creating and managing UI flows and cloud flows. 

You are familiarity with API integrations and web services. 

You have a strong understanding of data structures, databases, and SQL. 

 You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines. 

AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals 

PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals 

PL-200 Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant 

PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer 

You are fluent (written and spoken) in English. 

You have strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and you can gather and document business requirements. 

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

What is nice to have: 

You have experience in developing serverless applications (Azure Function app etc) and some experience in JAVA development 

Working efficiently alongside with copilot, on designing, implementing, verifying, documenting, testing the solutions 

You are experienced working with Azure cloud services and familiar with GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD.
