We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Senior Sales Representative (VSR) to join our Companion Animals business and lead commercial growth across key counties in Romania. In this role, you will build strong, long-term relationships with veterinary clinics and pharmacies, provide expert product and technical support, and deliver on ambitious sales objectives—while upholding the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

What you’ll do:

Deliver sales results

Achieve or exceed sales targets in your assigned territory

Build and maintain trusted relationships with vetted customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained growth

Manage company resources efficiently and responsibly

Elevate customer engagement

Conduct tailored, science-led interactions during business hours and at scientific events

Be the reliable reference in companion animals for your customers

Keep our CRM (MAXX) fully updated (organizations, contacts, consents, plans, visit notes)

Run customer campaigns using our Promo App

Collaborate closely with distributor field teams to address end-customer requests and complaints

Communicate consistent, on-strategy messages aligned with marketing

Own your territory plan

Analyze and prioritize opportunities across targeted customers

Use pre/post-call insights, market data, CRM analytics, and experience to build action plans and call plans

Proactively prospect: identify and onboard new customers in MAXX and integrate them into call cycles

Stay organized and compliant

Timely complete administrative tasks: CRM call entries, post-meeting notes, expenses, adverse event reports

Be accountable for assigned assets (car, phone, PC, promo budget) and use them responsibly

Ensure all activities align with company compliance standards and Code of Conduct

Collaborate and grow

Offer timely market feedback and competitive intelligence to management

Partner with your manager on strategic and tactical initiatives for the companion animals portfolio

Continuously upskill through trainings and share best practices with peers

Support special projects when needed (e.g., promo materials testing, sampling, market research)

Your territory:

Bucharest: districts 3 and 4, plus the customers in afferent Ilfov county- Prahova county (PH)- Buzau county (BZ)- Ialomita county (IL)- Calarasi county (CL)- Giurgiu county (GR)

What you’ll bring:

Education: Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Experience: 3+ years field sales in Animal Health or related industry

Skills:

Strong drive for measurable results and growth

Excellent communication and relationship-building

Solid MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general IT comfort

English: Intermediate (spoken and written)

Team player with the ability to work autonomously in the field

Willingness to learn continuously

Valid clean Category B driving licence

Ability to travel across the region
