Our client is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to take full ownership of the company’s social media strategy. You’ll create content, run campaigns, track performance, and provide insights to leadership—all remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the company’s end-to-end social media strategy across multiple platforms

    Create, edit, and optimize high-quality images and videos for digital content

    Manage scheduling and automation through HubSpot Professional integration

    Monitor, engage, and respond to comments to build a strong online community

    Generate data-driven analytics and performance reports using HubSpot

    Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices

    Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable market insights

    Track posting trends and activities from industry influencers and thought leaders

    Manage day-to-day operations with a strong focus on community building and engagement

    Provide strategic recommendations for ongoing performance optimization



Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior-level social media management experience with proven results

    Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (training and certification available)

    Professional-level content creation skills, including image and video editing

    Extensive experience with scheduling, automation, and social media management tools

    Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media reporting and optimization

    Deep knowledge of social trends, algorithm updates, and platform strategies

    Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and industry research

    Excellent written communication skills for professional community engagement

    Highly self-motivated with strong remote work discipline

    Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business results
