What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams
- Collaborate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning
- Conduct design and code reviews with a focus on quality and performance
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
- Drive innovation by applying new technologies with calculated risk
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
- Advanced proficiency in one or more languages: Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python
- Ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams to build dynamic, reusable Vue components
- Skilled in optimizing Vue-based applications for performance and accessibility across browsers and devices
- Strong technical leadership and clear communication skills
- Experience designing and troubleshooting innovative applications
- Proven ability to mentor others and lead through ambiguity
- A growth mindset with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Education & Eligibility
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience

Ready to Join Us?
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $135,000 to $170,000 or more depending on experience.
