? Plan, design, develop, and support information systems used by the Customer Service organization
? Responsibilities include CRM integration with AWS, testing infrastructure creation, day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and system documentation and configuration

Must be familiar with Agile processes and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
? Extensive experience with Oracle B2C Service (Oracle Service Cloud)
?

Ability to configure and customize the Oracle B2C Service application
? Develop in-depth knowledge of Chewy business processes and systems environment
? Monitor system alerts and reports to ensure proper functioning

Follow established best practices for repeatable and scalable business processes
? Interact directly with business users to support solution implementation for business needs
