With over 1,400 validators and significant involvement in projects like Wormhole Bridge, Pyth, Neon EVM, and Lido on Solana, P2P has supported Solana from its genesis, managing over $50M. The platform sees heavy DeFi usage, with over 30,000 daily active addresses and millions of transactions. Solana's ecosystem includes developments like Solana Pay for instant, low-fee transactions and the Solana Mobile flagship phone, Saga.

• Implement best practices and principles of validation, monitoring and logging

  Explore network requirements for validator and build infrastructure to meet requirements

  Raise and maintain validation nodes for PoS staking

  Develop tools, scripts and playbooks to speed up processes

  Create cloud-agnostic infrastructure as code

  Maintain security and compliance standards

• Strong understanding of Linux

  Strong experience in configuration management via Ansible

  Experience in containerization with Docker, familiarity with orchestration, infrastructure as code with Terraform

  Hands-on experience with on-premise and/or public clouds (GCP preferred)

  Education or basic experience with cryptography and information security

  Basic knowledge of any modern language that allows you to write in procedural style: Go, Rust, or Python (Go and Rust are preferred)

  The ability to read code will contribute greatly to efficiency

  English level: B2+
