Full-time

We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in strengthening our accounting operations as we scale. You will own critical components of the close process, bring structure to complex data, and help improve how we work across systems, processes, and teams.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where strong execution, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset will directly influence the quality, accuracy, and speed of our financial reporting.

What you’ll do

Own & Execute Core Accounting

  • Lead key components of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Own complex account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies

Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue accounting in alignment with ASC 606

Drive Quality & Insight

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and actionable

Support year-end audit processes and maintain audit-ready documentation

Improve Systems & Processes

  • Identify and implement improvements to close timelines, workflows, and reporting accuracy

Partner cross-functionally to streamline data flows and reduce manual work

Strengthen adherence to internal controls, policies, and scalable accounting practices

Who you are

  • You bring 5–8+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment

You have a strong foundation in GAAP, with experience applying ASC 606 principles

You consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work and take ownership of outcomes

You are highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and comfortable working with large datasets

You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, GP, or similar) in complex environments

Exposure to process improvement, automation, or system implementations

    CPA or progress toward certification

You might thrive in this role if…

  • You’re detail-oriented but can zoom out to identify patterns and improvements

You operate with urgency while maintaining a high bar for accuracy

You’re curious and proactive, and look for better ways to get work done (including leveraging automation or AI)

You take pride in being a reliable teammate others can depend on
