We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely or on-site in Cyprus.
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for primarily non-tech positions — creative, marketing, communications, finance, legal, administration, etc. You will be a Perfect Match if you have experience in the Igaming domain, ready to maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best people who contribute to our company’s growth.

- Hire professionals who meet job requirements as well as the Company culture;
- Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
- Encourage focus on delivery and results;
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking;
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes;
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
- 3+ years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter in iGaming
