As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX Design, UX Research, Product Management, and Engineering, to identify and solve real-time issues. Your expertise in human-centered design thinking and strategic research will enable you to develop and execute effective research projects, presenting findings to leadership and stakeholders. With a focus on customer experience, you will empathize with users, gather quantitative and qualitative data, and apply your knowledge to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make a significant impact on strategic and critical projects as a Senior UX Researcher

  • Apply your deep understanding of user experience research and design to inform core sourcing stories and empathize with customers

  • Liaise with cross-functional partnerships across Business, Product, and Engineering to deliver studies that delight customers

  • Collaborate with global teams, including India, Mexico, Chile, China, and Canada

  • Own and craft effective research projects, including listening sessions, data gathering, and executing key findings to present to leadership

  • Think conceptually, applying a customer-focused and human-centered design thinking approach to UX Research design development

  • Have a real impact at scale through sourcing projects and incremental upgrades that affect billions of customers daily

  • Define and execute research strategies to address sourcing questions and issues

  • Help teams understand customer needs, attitudes, and behaviors through mixed-methods research findings

  • Be part of a fun, humble team, collaborating with other researchers to deliver a cohesive customer-focused experience

What You Bring:


  • Strong experience in quantitative research (conducting and analyzing)

  • A portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX Research, including method and process

  • Proficiency with UX Research platforms and tools, such as UserZoom, Usertesting.com, Lookback, and Dscout

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative online and field research methodologies

  • Sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Customer Experience Researcher understanding and expertise

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in UX Research

  • Data-driven, ethnographic, and human design thinking research mindset

  • Experience with research methods for data visualization and presentation to leaders

  • Storytelling, entrepreneurial drive, passion, vision, and a humble approach to UX

  • A customer-centric approach to solving complex UX challenges

  • Ability to influence, lead, manage stakeholders, guide leaders, and communicate effectively
