About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual staff member to support a fast-growing SEO
agency. This role is focused on execution, helping the team stay efficient by handling content
production, reporting, and admin tasks.
You’ll play a key role in freeing up internal bandwidth, allowing the team to focus on high-level
strategy while you keep operations moving smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured tasks, working with AI tools, and
being part of a relaxed but high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
● Generate SEO blog content using AI tools (e.g. Claude)
● Review and refine content to ensure quality and readability
● Add a human touch where needed before internal review
● Assist with keyword-focused content and optimisation

SEO Support
● Support with basic SEO-related tasks (training provided)
● Assist with content formatting and optimisation
● Contribute to topic ideation for blog content and PR campaigns (for more experienced
candidates)

Data & Reporting
● Download and upload CSV reports to client dashboards
● Take screenshots of performance dashboards and compile into Google Slides
● Maintain accuracy and organisation across reporting tasks

Admin & Task Support
● Work within project management tools (e.g. Asana)
● Complete assigned tasks efficiently and reliably
● Support general admin tasks to reduce workload across the team

Optional Growth Tasks (as role expands)
● Assist with email outreach campaigns
● Support basic SDR-style prospecting activities
● Work within tools like HubSpot (if applicable)

Requirements
SEO knowledge or experience

HubSpot experience

Email outreach or lead generation experience

Comfortable working with AI tools for content creation

Proactive and able to follow processes and execute

Easygoing, positive, and a good cultural fit for a relaxed team environment

Required Tools & Experience
AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT or similar)

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Project management tools (Asana preferred)

Basic content editing/writing skills

Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week) Opportunity to move to full time.
