Service Advisor
- Carefully record the customer’s concerns to generate an accurate work order.
- Track the status of open repair orders.
- Explain repair order charges to customers.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Develop rapport and partner with shops to ensure completion of repair orders
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an automotive service role.
- Proven track record of CSI, sales history in high volume car brands is preferred.
- Amazon vans experience preferred, not required
- Excellent verbal and math skills.
