We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for a well-respected, multi-location Ag Equipment Sales and Service company.

Qualified applicants understand the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers.

Regular duties include managing a team that does basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment in the shop and service locations.

Responsibilities:
• Work with management to oversee all aspects of the Service Department
• Assist with assigning jobs to technicians according to their skills and knowledge
• Oversee diagnostics, service repairs, assembly and maintenance on all equipment that comes through the shop
• Oversee and participate in service training programs
• Communicate with management about any customer issues/complaints
• Coordinate with other departments to best serve our customers
• Maintain a clean area and work in a neat, orderly and safe way.

Requirements:
• Superior people and communication skills
• Extensive service knowledge in multiple brands of ag equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
• Experience managing staff
