ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join us on a freelance basis. This is a remote role, based in Israel.
The position offers flexibility in scope and workload.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM / ITOM).
Support integration efforts and ensure system performance and reliability.
Provide best practices and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements
Proven experience working with ServiceNow
חובה: Certification in one or more of the following:
CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management)
CIS-ITOM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Operations Management)
Strong understanding of IT service management and/or IT operations processes
Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment – advantage
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Based in Israel – required
