Overview
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules

Support and enhance the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module

Configure vulnerability data workflows, assignment rules, remediation processes, dashboards, and reporting

Develop custom workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and scheduled jobs

Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers

Support integrations with vulnerability scanning and security tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or similar platforms

Configure data imports, transform maps, import sets, and automated data processing

Troubleshoot integration issues, data mapping problems, and platform performance concerns

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support vulnerability lifecycle management, remediation tracking, and reporting

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and translate business needs into technical designs

Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release activities

Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and technical processes

Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including proper use of update sets, scoped applications, and development standards

Qualifications
3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response

Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Servers

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and Flow Designer

Experience with data imports, transform maps, scheduled jobs, and automated data processing

Understanding of vulnerability management processes, remediation workflows, and security operations

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across workflows, integrations, data imports, and platform configurations

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Have
Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Jira, or Active Directory

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Experience supporting federal, DoD, intelligence community, or highly regulated environments
