JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong specialization in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) for a short-term contract engagement (one sprint). The successful candidate will hit the ground running, contributing immediately to troubleshooting, solution design, and feature development within our ServiceNow HRSD environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate and resolve complex HRSD platform issues through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
Develop and present solution prototypes to address identified gaps or enhancement requests.
Design, configure, and maintain Service Catalogue structures with a focus on taxonomy best practices.
Build and improve Employee Centre UX/UI components to deliver a seamless self-service experience.
Configure and maintain HRSD modules including Cases, HR Profiles, and Scoped Apps.
Design and manage HR Journeys and Lifecycle Events to support key employee milestones.
Develop and maintain HRSD Dashboards and reporting to support HR operations and leadership visibility.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Document configurations, changes, and technical decisions in line with platform governance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Proven HRSD module experience with at least one full HRSD implementation or significant enhancement project
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred
HRSD or HR Implementation Specialist certification – highly regarded
Strong communication skills; able to present prototypes and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Troubleshooting – platform issues, integration failures, workflow errors
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – structured diagnosis and resolution documentation
Solution Prototyping – rapid proof-of-concept builds for stakeholder review
Service Catalogue Taxonomy – logical structuring of catalogue items and categories
Employee Centre UX/UI – portal customisation, widget configuration, user experience design
