Setup Maintenance Analyst
Conservice is dedicated to managing clients’ utilities and ensuring a positive experience from the start. The Setup Maintenance Analyst will research and resolve utility processing issues, maintain account information, and contribute to innovative solutions for client issues.
Responsibilities
- Researching accounts to determine what is preventing a bill from being processed and resolving those issues
- Maintaining and updating account information in the Conservice database to prevent and resolve setup problems
- Researching utility provider changes and updating them in the company database
- Inputting new vendors into the database
- Finding inefficient processes and creating innovative solutions
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
- Low phone usage- 5% or less
